Job Description
We are seeking dependable Packers for a fast-paced warehouse environment in North Canton, OH. In this role, you will carefully pack products to ensure they are protected during transit and verify that all orders are accurate before shipment. You will serve as the final checkpoint by auditing pulled orders, confirming back orders, and ensuring all pick tickets and zone labels match. Attention to detail, safety awareness, and teamwork are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities:
· Pack, weigh, and label items for shipment according to company standards
· Verify pulled products match pick tickets, packing slips, zones, and back orders
· Identify and remove defective items before shipment
· Retrieve orders by quantity and size while ensuring accuracy using barcodes and serial numbers
· Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum 6 months of experience as an order packer, shipper, or warehouse associate
· Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (license preferred)
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs., climb ladders, and work in a fast-paced environment
· Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow verbal and written instructions
· High School Diploma or GED required
· Minimum 6 months of experience as an order packer, shipper, or warehouse associate
· Experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (license preferred)

The base salary range for this position is $31,200–$33,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
