Job Description
This Service & Maintenance Technician will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining mobile robotic systems deployed in active customer environments. This role focuses on diagnosing electrical and system-level issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring reliable operation of complex automated equipment. The position requires strong hands-on technical skills and the ability to work directly with robotics hardware in dynamic, real-world settings. You will collaborate with engineering and operations teams to resolve issues and improve system performance. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair on mobile robotic systems

- Support system deployment, commissioning, and on-site setup
- Document service activities, issues, and resolutions
- Work closely with engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

The base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $80,000, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
