Job Description
As a Concession Worker, you will assist with event operations, ensuring compliance with alcohol service requirements and providing a positive experience for guests. This role requires flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Support event operations and provide excellent customer service
- Engage with guests in a professional and personable manner
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service policies and regulations
- Assist with product setup, displays, and promotional materials
- Retain and communicate product knowledge to guests and consumers
- Perform other event-related tasks assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- ABC Card, TIPS Certification or SERV Safe Alchol certification required to work
- Available to work flexible hours between 12pm–12am
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable means of communication to check messages and emails frequently
- Attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outgoing, personable, and vibrant personality
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to lift 30lbs or more to move products and equipment
- Ability to stand for four or more hours
- Must be able to pass employment prescreening

The base salary for this position is $15.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future pay growth.
