Job Description
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers by delivering accurate information, providing exceptional service, and acting as a translator when necessary. The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving account-related concerns, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions. This position requires professionalism, strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a commitment to customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Manage a high volume of incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions within established guidelines
- Act as a translator between English- and Spanish-speaking customers as needed
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and process client account information
- File and update documentation in accordance with company procedures
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Attention to Detail
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, including the ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend Spanish
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
