Job Description
Join a long-standing, family-owned manufacturing company in Omaha known for quality, tradition, and innovation. The AR Client Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the company’s accounts receivable and client service operations, handling collections, claims, and customer communications while working closely with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
This position is ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and adaptable professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is comfortable managing a variety of accounting and administrative duties. You’ll serve as a front-line contact for clients while supporting accounting functions that drive the business forward.
Responsibilities
• Process collections, claims, and customer payments accurately and efficiently
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve billing discrepancies and maintain strong relationships
• Manage order processing and related administrative tasks
• Assist with company payroll as needed
• Maintain and organize scanned documents and digital records
• Work within Microsoft Business Central and other internal systems (training available)
• Basic Excel software experience necessary
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and support cross-functional operations
• Embrace a flexible, fast-paced work environment with frequent phone interaction and problem-solving

Qualifications and Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, collections, or customer service
• Recent experience dealing with collections, claims resolution, or supplier/client communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong verbal communication and phone skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Team-oriented and proactive, with a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
