Job Description
• Build, maintain, and improve production electrical test fixtures used in a manufacturing setting
• Troubleshoot, repair, and optimize test systems down to the component level
• Support efficient, reliable testing operations that keep production moving

Responsibilities
• Repair and rework wire harnesses and electrical assemblies used in testing
• Diagnose electrical failures using schematics, drawings, and test documentation
• Identify and implement improvements to test efficiency, repeatability, and throughput
• Provide timely support to production for product and fixture-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, updates, and improvements
• Communicate effectively with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams

Qualifications and Requirements
• Strong hands-on ability with common hand tools
• Proficiency using test equipment such as oscilloscope, digital multimeters and function generators
• Solid understanding of AC and DC electrical theory
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical systems to the component level

Education and Experience
• High School Diploma with 1–3+ years of relevant experience, OR
• Associate Degree (AA/AS) or Technical School certification with 6+ months of relevant experience

The base salary range for this position is $60,000-$75,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
