Job Description
As the Fixed Asset Accountant, you’ll own the full lifecycle of the company’s fixed assets. From tracking capital purchases to posting depreciation, you’ll play a key role in keeping the books clean, accurate, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
- Keep the fixed asset subledger aligned with the general ledger
- Record additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments
- Calculate and post monthly depreciation
- Prepare and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Support month-end and year-end close
- Assist with audit requests and documentation
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or related field)
- 2+ years of accounting experience (fixed assets experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines

The base salary range for this position is $65,000–$80,000 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Final salary will depend on skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal equity. Hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
