Job Description
As a Maintenance Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. This role includes daily upkeep of buildings, grounds, and roadways by removing debris and ensuring a safe working environment. You will operate landscaping equipment, assist with general maintenance tasks, and support other departments as needed. This position requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain roadways and facility grounds free of debris and trash
- Perform daily cleaning and upkeep of buildings and property
- Mow grass and operate equipment such as weed eaters
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Cross-train and assist in other work areas as needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to lift and stack 15–20 lbs
- Capable of standing, walking, kneeling, reaching, and climbing as needed
- Comfortable working outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings
