Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Data Entry Clerk to support critical document management and data integrity projects within a fast-paced office environment. This position is responsible for scanning and digitizing physical records, organizing and preparing documentation for electronic upload, auditing records for accuracy and completeness, and entering employee credential information into PeopleSoft. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive information.

Responsibilities:
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical documents for electronic storage and retrieval
- Review and audit hiring and onboarding documentation to identify missing information, discrepancies, and compliance issues
- Rename and prepare electronic files for mass upload into document management systems
- Enter license, certification, diploma, and employee credential information into PeopleSoft with a high degree of accuracy
- Maintain organized electronic records and support document management projects as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous data entry, administrative support, records management, or document processing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors or inconsistencies in documentation
- Experience working with electronic filing systems, document scanning, or digital records management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information
- Experience with PeopleSoft or similar database systems is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

The base pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
