Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading manufacturing organization in Fort Worth, Texas. This is a strategic and high-impact role responsible for partnering with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who combines strategic vision with operational excellence, thrives in a dynamic environment, and builds strong, trust-based relationships across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with plant and distribution leaders to align HR strategies with operational and business goals
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for hourly and salaried employees
- Drive leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement programs
- Manage complex employee relations matters, investigations, and compliance with employment laws
- Support a culture of accountability, inclusion, and open communication
- Coach supervisors and managers on effective leadership practices and employee relations
- Act as a change agent supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement
- Use HR metrics, systems, and analytics to inform decision-making and track progress
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment
- Demonstrated success managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive cross-functional initiatives
- Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and investigations
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
