Job Description
Support the safe, clean, and reliable operation of the facility and production equipment through facility-wide housekeeping, basic preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. This role helps maintain a well-organized, production-ready environment while ensuring equipment and workspaces meet safety, quality, and uptime expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance, such as lubricating, cleaning, and painting machinery, parts, or tools.
- Replace parts (light bulbs, switches, filters), troubleshoot basic equipment issues, and conduct inspections to locate wear or damage
- Perform general maintenance on buildings, including cleaning, landscaping, and minor repairs.
- Clean and organize work areas, tools, and equipment to maintain a safe environment.
- Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and the machines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Mechanical aptitude with hands-on maintenance experience
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Reliable, self-directed, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Basic preventive maintenance knowledge (lubrication, inspection, adjustments, minor repairs)
- Familiarity with electrical, plumbing, or mechanical systems troubleshooting
- Knowledge of LOTO and safe work practices
- Experience using CMMS or maintenance work order systems
- Forklift or lift equipment operation experience
- Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screen

Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
