Job Description
As a Material Quotation Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by developing accurate and competitive material costs for customer RFQs. You will analyze electronic components, Bills of Material (BOMs), and PCB requirements while collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to secure the best pricing and lead times. This data-driven role directly impacts customer satisfaction and business growth and is ideal for professionals who enjoy analytical work and supplier interaction.

Responsibilities:
· Manage and track incoming customer RFQs and review documentation for accuracy and completeness
· Solicit and analyze vendor bids for electronic components and PCBs to secure competitive pricing and lead times
· Collaborate with suppliers, distributors, and internal teams to meet quotation deadlines
· Compile and verify final material costs to ensure alignment with customer requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience in material quoting, procurement, supply chain, or electronics manufacturing
· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, formulas, and data formatting
· Experience interpreting RFQs, technical documentation, and assembly data packages
· Knowledge of electronic components, BOMs, PCB assemblies, and ERP/quotation systems preferred

The pay range for this position is $42,000-$50,000 excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
