Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic / Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair machinery and facility equipment. This role is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, loud environment. This position also requires maintaining accurate service records and supporting overall facility maintenance needs.
Responsibilities:
- Install, assemble, test, repair, and maintain machines, equipment, and vehicles
- Schedule and perform routine preventative maintenance on all equipment
- Inspect machinery for malfunctions using visual and sound diagnostics
- Complete repairs, parts replacements, and maintain parts/tools inventory
- Maintain written records of work performed and prepare maintenance reports as needed
- Support building maintenance and facility repairs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma required; Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or engineering field preferred (bachelor’s degree highly desirable)
- Relevant hands-on maintenance or mechanical experience may be considered in lieu of formal education
- Strong mathematical and reasoning skills
- Fluency in English (read, write, and speak); Spanish preferred
- Ability to use power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Ability to work in a loud environment and collaborate with team members

The base pay range for this position is $47,840–$58,240 annually, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
