Job Description
Join a well-established specialty tubing manufacturer that has served the Charlotte area for nearly 30 years. As a Production Operator, you will monitor production equipment, inspect finished products for quality, and package materials according to customer specifications. This role is ideal for a reliable, detail-oriented candidate who takes pride in quality, consistency, and safe production practices. Overtime is available based on production demand.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor production machinery to ensure equipment is operating properly and notify maintenance when issues arise.
- Perform general equipment maintenance as assigned and help maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Visually and manually inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are met.
- Work with production and quality teams to meet production goals and package finished products according to customer requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar manufacturing or production environment is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently.
- Demonstrated work history of reliability, strong performance, and consistent attendance.
- High school diploma or equivalent and a strong focus on quality and consistency.
