A growing financial services organization is seeking a Wealth Program Manager to support the buildout of a brand-new Wealth Management business line. This is a highly visible role working directly with senior leadership to help create structure, prioritize initiatives, and drive execution within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Help organize and coordinate initiatives across the Wealth Management business
• Build structure, visibility, and accountability within a rapidly evolving environment
• Track business initiatives, milestones, priorities, and execution progress
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for leadership visibility
• Establish project governance, timelines, and operating rhythms
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and competing priorities across initiatives
• Support executive leadership with reporting, planning, and strategic execution
• Partner with stakeholders across the organization to ensure forward progress
• Translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable updates for leadership
• Help create operational discipline within a new and growing business unit

Qualifications
• 3–5+ years of experience within Wealth Management, Wealth Advisory, or Financial Services
• Experience in program management, project management, operations, or strategic execution roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Experience building dashboards, tracking tools, or reporting mechanisms
• Comfortable operating within ambiguity and changing priorities
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence and drive accountability across teams
• Experience within high-growth or entrepreneurial environments is highly preferred
• Experience in program management, project management, operations, or strategic execution roles
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
