Job Description
The ERP Order Processing & Billing Specialist will support a system conversion project by assisting with high-volume backlog processing. This role focuses on entering and validating sales orders, invoices, and shipping data within a new ERP system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal training.
Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume sales orders, invoicing, and shipping information within an ERP system
- Accurately enter and validate backlog transactions to ensure data integrity during system conversion
- Review and resolve discrepancies related to order and billing data
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience working in an ERP system (such as Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, NetSuite, SAP, or similar
- Background in order entry, billing, invoicing, or accounting/operations support
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and correct data inconsistencies.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills

The base pay range for this position is $52,000-56,160, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
